How to book
If you want to check availability or book the Village Hall for your event, please email us on glenriddingvillagehall@outlook.com or call us on 0777 072 9461. We will do our best to help you.
There are special rates for people living locally and charity groups - please ask.
Prices include all heating, electricity and WiFi and the use of tables, chairs, kitchen facilities, crockery and cutlery, stage, etc, if needed.
2024 Charges
Hall and all facilities for whole day £150..00
(7.00 am to midnight)
Setting up the night before from 6.00 pm £25.00
Part day (morning/afternoon/evening) £60.00/session
Half day (9.00 am-2.00 pm/2.00 pm onwards) £80.00/session
Children's Birthday Party £40.00
Special Occasions (Weddings, Parties, etc) £600.00
(From 1.00 pm on Friday to 1.00 pm on Sunday

How to pay and terms and conditions
Payment is by cheque or bank transfer.
We ask for a 25% deposit to confirm your booking, with full payment due one calendar month in advance.
If you cancel before the final payment is due, you will lose the deposit. If you cancel after the final payment has been made, you will lose the full payment.
Concessions for regular users:
Art Club, Parish Council Meetings,
Patterdale WI, 1st Responders £10.00/session
Glendale Health Walks £8.00/session
Play Group £6.00/session
Social Club/Women's British Legion £5.00/session
Payment by quarterly invoice.
